HydraFacial, also often referred to as hydradermabrasion, is a multi-step non-invasive process completed using a specially designed mechanized wand that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts, hydrates and moisturizes your skin to deliver results that generally far outperform a standard facial. It can be used to treat a variety of skin conditions or to simply rejuvenate and revitalize your skin.

While both HydraFacials and microdermabrasion are designed to improve the look and texture of your skin, microdermabrasion does not involve the use of small crystals to penetrate your skin. Microdermabrasion also does not involve the use of serums as part of its process. HydraFacial is one of the all-around safest treatments available and for that reason is generally safe for everyone. However, it typically is not recommended for those with an active rash in the treatment area, or for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
